I am in the process of replacing all of my raggedy, extremely old, bland, poorly designed plastic kitchen utensils with these red Cuisinart utensils. I love them all. This one is excellent for lifting bisquits off the pan or taking a piece of cake out of the pan. These utensils are larger than what I am accustomed to, but they are much better than what I had or anything I have seen in the local stores.

This is your spatula! Nice thick rubber! Not to mention the size, it is a little overwhelming in that area. Looks like it should be for grilling but some how I still love my purchase. The handle is made of strong durable plastic. The head(flipping part) is made of hard Flexible material.
