Farberware Pro II Forged 15-Piece Knife Set with Block, Black/Stainless-Steel

#Farberware Pro II Forged 15-Piece Knife Set with Block, Black/Stainless-Steel# Best Cheap Discount Sales Reviews

I was so lucky to find this set of Cutlery. I had three different sets of Faberware Cutlery before this and loved all of them. I found the chefs, and all the others except the stake knives for .98 at Ross. That is new and I sharpened them and they are fantastic. I did not know that Cuisinart had anything to do with Farberware untill I looked them up on the web. I would have spent the money for them anyway but what a bargain I got. Love Them...

Low quality "stainless steel" knives are rusting - S. M. Baker - Tucson, Az USA
Purchased this set of knives approximately six months to a year ago. Started out great, but now every single knife is starting to rust. This isn't supposed to happen with stainless knives. I have quality knives over 20 years old that are still good and these don't even last a year. Very disappointing, would give this set ZERO stars if there was a way to.

They're also pretty dull. Again, 20 year old knives are sharper than this set. None of the big knives are really serrated. The little steak knives appear to be good, although they are covered with rust spots as well. The big ones don't even do a good job of cutting through bread. The included sharpener is pretty lame, and might sharpen a knife well enough to make one or two cuts with it before it's dull again.

The bottom line, a cheap poor quality knife set, your money is better spent buying a couple of good quality knives instead of buying this set.

Great knives for the price - Cortney Lindeque - Fl
I bought these knives at walmart for 45 dollars. They are well worth the money! The sanku knives are incredible! I would buy these knives again any day!

Not as advertized - cboy nock - Gambrills, Md.
Beware, the picture clearly shows a Santoku knife but that is not what you get. You get a cleaver, to me a cleaver has little to no value in the kitchen. My decision to buy this set was made because of the santoku knife. Very disappointed, I probably will not expend the effort to return the item just because I do not want to go through tthe hassle.
